RingPots in Costa Rica

Hello! This blog is called RingPots in Costa Rica and here we are all about sharing the adventures that the RingPot family is having in Costa Rica! Today is Sunday, September 24, 2017, and this is the first of our many posts! I will be posting a blog every Sunday until we leave Costa Rica! In the past few weeks since we have been here, we have been to many places and had great fun everywhere! So far we have gone to a waterfall; Llanos Del Cortes, and we have gone to Diamante Adventure Park. At Diamante we went ziplining, including a mile long Superman zipline! Also, at Diamante there was an animal sanctuary with tons of huge and exotic animals! We've met a lot of new friends, and going to a new school is never easy, but Sam and I are having a blast since we moved up from 5th grade to 6th grade! We went to the waterfall with our friends and we also went with the same friends to Diamante. Since we live near the CRSC (Costa Rican Sailing Center), all of us like to go there about 2 times a week to have pizza and play in the waves! The Connect Ocean swim team is also great! There are some nice kids and the coach is amazing. He is very focused on technique and his motto is, "Be Efficient in the water." Efficiency in the water is using less energy to go farther and faster. Overall, Costa Rica is a beautiful place but all of us are missing Maryland at the same time.
